Nextstep Community Care is an NDIS registered provider supporting people across Sydney and the Hunter region. We were founded on a simple idea: that good support isn’t about fitting people into a system, it’s about building support around the person. We’re a provider that does things differently. We take the time to understand what matters to the people we support, and we build everything from there. No two plans look the same, because no two people are the same.
